St. Louis Pork Steaks
The sauce that this recipe makes is incredible, probably all of the pork fat!
Sauce recipe is in my Google Docs folder.
Season the pork steaks with course ground black pepper
Get a good char on the pork steaks.
Into the sauce, cover with foil and let it go 45 minutes around 350.
Back on the grill to get a little color, serve with the sauce.
